School Social Worker
Duties
District 102 is seeking a school social worker for the 2025-2026 school year. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive school social work services for students in grades PreK-8. The school social worker will be expected to provide identification and assessment, individual and small group interventions and facilitate communication between school, home and community.
Qualifications
- MA from an accredited school of social work
- Professional Educator's License with the School Support Personnel Endorsement in School Social Work
Salary/Benefits
District #102's salary is regionally competitive and the district offers a solid benefits package. Final salary will be determined per the collective bargaining agreement. Minimum starting salary for the 2025-2026 school year is $47,360. PreK/ECE Teacher - Marquette Elementary
Duties
Duties include:
- Teaching a blended Pre-K/ECE classroom at Marquette Elementary School.
- Early Intervention Transition
- Case Manager for ECE students with IEPs
Qualifications
- Illinois Professional Educator's License with:
- Early Childhood Education Endorsement and ECT Approval Code are required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of elementary child development and social emotional learning
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student achievement
